Tass’ interest and exploration into yogic practices and scriptures, in particular meditation and self- study, began 15 years ago. She has been teaching these methods for 5 years in a variety of different environments and to varying audiences.
Both her work and volunteer activities in the fields of addiction recovery, prisoner rehabilitation and gang intervention have reinforced her belief in these techniques as effective tools for liberating any individual from repetitive thought patterns and destructive behaviours, from the grand to the seemingly insignificant. Tass creates a safe, yet challenging, environment for this process to unfold.
Tass is a qualified Holistic Massage therapist, Reiki II practitioner and 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited Vinyasa Flow teacher. She is currently teaching in London and has led several retreats abroad.
